The Wiregrass Humane Society receives no federal, state or United Way funding.  A small percentage of revenue is obtained through adoption fees, but the majority of money used to support our operation is raised through various fundraising methods and generous donations from individuals and corporations. If you would like to donate, please send a check or money order to:

Donations for a Specific Cause

If you have a specific area where you would like your contribution to be used, you may choose from the following categories:

Checks for Chow

Donations with this specification allow us to buy fresh food as needed.

Have a Heart

Donations received with this designation are used to pay for the treatment of animals with heartworms.

Sponsor a Spay

These donations are used to pay for surgically altering an animal so that it cannot reproduce.
